I Think

There is something to be said
about the finality
of a small black dot.

And the
continuity of three...

Amusing,
that hope comes in shapes
of bent teardrops.
(,)
Not of beginnings
and not of ends.
Separating instances of many,
and mildly disfigured sentiments.

That stanza alone should be a haikoo!

@ Mer-curial-maiden : That's what the poem was built around.. :)

@ Srivatsan : Thanks. Though not quite "haiku" status, I think I'm getting better at this!

@ Death On Two Legs : *a five-inch-smile from ear to ear* ! I think I'll give up software for a life devoted to art. Soon.. :)

@ Anty : Just when I was starting to question it... You have some brilliant timing!
Thank you.

And it works both ways, my friend. Though I wish you would post more often.. :)

An internship and sudden cold coffee urges have been keeping me away. But now that you've said it, your wish shall be my command.

Good to know! The post on "Dilli" is an absolute delight.

Where are you doing your internship from?
